🚨 The NHS is not to blame for our ever increasing prevalence of sickness and disease. The SYSTEM is.

šŸ¬ Supermarkets full of fake food.

🤔 Endless adverts that play on your emotions and push quick fixes.

🤯A culture that normalises exhaustion, bloat, brain fog, chronic pain — and then sells you solutions that dig the hole even deeper.

šŸ’Š Get sick → take pills → feel worse → take more pills → eat this fake food to comfort you → get more sick

šŸ” It’s a loop.

šŸ’” But there is another way: PREVENTION.

I say this not as a bystander, but as someone who spent 15 years in the NHS working in disease prevention and health improvement. And also as someone who got ā€œsickā€ and ended up with a chronic health condition.

You have more power than you’ve been led to believe. You have ALL the power.

The NHS is outdated in many ways, yes — but it’s not the root of the problem. It is overburdened because over 50% of all GP appointments are for lifestyle related conditions.

So if we want to unburden the NHS then simply taking control and shifting things in our lifestyle is THE best way to support it.

The current system profits from peoples poor health.

So. Let’s not be sheep. šŸ‘ Take control and say NO!

āœ… No to fake food

āœ… No to chemical-laced products (not just food!)

āœ… No to being a passive patient

✨ Say YES to learning.

✨ YES to real food.

✨ YES to tuning back in to your body and nature

✨ YES to being in control.

Are you in?! šŸ™ŒšŸ½

šŸ‘ Open your eyes.

✊ Take back your power.

šŸ—£ Prevention IS the revolution.
