Service Description

This is a full deep dive into your health. Before your session, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire so I can begin identifying patterns, triggers, lifestyle factors, symptom connections and potential areas of dysfunction before we even meet. During our 90-minute session, we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, nervous system, nutrition, lifestyle, environment, stress load, hormonal factors, gut health, inflammation, histamine load and potential triggers — connecting the dots in a way many people have never previously experienced. My approach combines: • 15+ years working in health education and behaviour change • professional practitioner insight • lived experience navigating complex chronic health challenges myself • and a grounded, root-cause, whole-body perspective. Together, we’ll begin building a clearer picture of what may be driving your symptoms and discuss realistic, supportive pathways toward better health. Comprehensive Health History Review: Personal Health Narrative: You'll have the opportunity to share your health history, including past medical conditions, treatments, and any ongoing health concerns. I will take time to understand your health status, dietary habits, lifestyle, nutritional needs and desired outcomes. The goal of the initial consultation is to gain a thorough understanding of your health needs, establish a collaborative relationship, and create a foundation for ongoing support and improvement in your health and well-being. 2. Lifestyle Assessment: We'll discuss your daily routines, dietary habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, and stress levels to gain a holistic view of your health. 3. Prioritising Actions: We'll determine which areas to focus on first, ensuring that our approach aligns with your immediate and long-term objectives. 4. Establishing Support and Accountability: Ongoing Support: We'll discuss the frequency and mode of our follow-up sessions to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. The aim is for you to leave feeling empowered with a more defined pathway towards achieving optimal well-being.
